This clip includes strong women, muscle women, wrestling, jiu jitsu, fighting, pins and holds, leg locks and leg holds. I have never trained Jiu Jitsu and Agatha wants to show me a few moves. With our camera guy as a previous wrestler, he steps in to ensure I get the best and most accurate practice so I can bring it to the mat. Agatha and I roll around while exploring different hold and pin techniques.
