The proof? The number of prominent, life long republicans who have come out to endorse Joe Biden over trump. People who have been dedicated republicans their entire lives, from all ranks of the party, whose policies I may not agree with, but whose intelligence and commitment can't be denied. Even they can't sit quietly by and watch trump get away with what he's doing. These people have managed to do what many cannot - put their country before their political party, and admit that trump's republican party is bad for America.

That's it. Case closed. If today's battle was regular old partisanship, there wouldn't be dozens of republicans supporting Biden against trump. This one fact blows your claim out of the water.

This year's election isn't republican or democrat, it's American values and regular old truth and decency against the fascist authoritarian rule of trump and his base. So you might want to climb down off that high horse and pick a side this time, because if you don't, you're on the wrong side.

It is no longer the Republican Party, but the Trump Party. It is disappointing that so many 'Never Trump' Republicans have jumped over to Trump's side. What would McCain think of Graham's new posture? Sadly, it has infiltrated all aspects of the party - up and down the ballot. QAnon makes the Tea Party seem like a scout group.

I'm sick of the kid gloves and double standard with which trump and his supporters have been treated, and what they've been allowed to get away with. I'm calling you what you are. America was woefully unprepared for the assault that began with the tea party and has now given rise to trump and his cult of zealots.
