Pornstars that look hotter in pictures than they do in videos

I suppose this is a weird topic but I've had this happen to me before. I will see pictures of a certain pornstar and she looks really hot but then when I see how she looks and performs on camera, it's not so great. I'm sure it's psychological and how our imagination plays with us or maybe it's because the pics have been touched up. Either way, I'm curious if anyone has experienced this before. Were you disappointed like me? Was it what you expected? Or was she actually hotter in the video?

If I had to give an example, I'd say Cory Chase looks hotter in pictures than she does performing. There's a few others but I can't think of their names at the momment.

Touch-ups for sure add to the problem (until real-time AI video processing becomes mainstream), but I find that it's sometimes also the quality of the camera/lighting (& budget of the studio). Having washed out colors & resolution can really make someone look very plain.

There is also the issue of makeup coming off as the shoot goes on - and by the time we get to the "O-face" they look quite different.
