Went through an old folder and found this image. Tried to reverse image search and couldn’t find anything else of her or even her name. Got it from a random free gallery site ages ago. Anyone know who she is?

They do look like they could be sisters in that pic above to be fair but yes, it is Charley Chase in the red top.

Mariah Milano has a tattoo on her upper left arm which you can just about see there under her hair.
