It is the very near future...
Law enforcement agencies are at wits end due to the proliferation of violent crimes against the civilian population. The Judiciary is under pressure to develop new and more acceptable forms of compensation and therapy for the ever-increasing number of victims. Taking the lead, the State of California develops the first "hands on" physical retribution program in the nation.
It is geared towards battereed females and allows them to face their attackers in a controlled protected environment. Once there, the inmate is tied, and the female victims are then allowed to punish the convicted under their feet in whatever manner they choose. Theis is the story of two such victims, and the high heeled retribution they unleash upon their attacker.
