Bree Olson Hits Out At Porn ‘Double Standards’
It’s pretty difficult for a porn star to speak up against the adult industry these days without being labelled as or suspected of all manner of things.
So, in a way, it’s a shame that Bree Olson felt the need to start an open letter to young women considering becoming a part of the industry by stating her own position and opinion on the industry. She’s certainly not your archetypal anti-porn ex-pornstar. She’s still very much pro-porn industry.
But her letter is a very interesting one, pointing out the unfortunately still very prevalent divergence of attitudes towards male and female porn stars. It certainly is a thought provoking and extremely pertinent letter and I guess we can only hope that it becomes less pertinent in a short space of time.
